All Gigajuicy dolls are shipped directly from China where our Factory is located. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your doll is shipped.

To alleviate any concerns regarding customs clearance, we have arranged a chartered plane for expedited delivery of your package to the United States. It’s important to note that tracking information will not be updated until customs clearance is finalized. The estimated timeframe for the package to reach your country and undergo customs clearance is approximately 5-8 working days. We kindly ask for your patience during this process.

Once customs clearance is successfully completed, we will transfer your package to FedEx for final delivery. At that point, FedEx will provide tracking updates for your package. We recommend closely monitoring the tracking information to ensure a smooth delivery and to promptly address any potential issues that may arise, such as tracking suspension or lost items.

Shipping Preparation

The quality inspector will carefully check every detail of the doll and we will take pictures for you before the shipment is made. Please double-check to make sure your shipping and email address are correct. And make sure that our email won’t go into your spam box.

We care about your feeling. All dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging. We pack dolls in a rigid cardboard box and preserve the privacy of your package. The contents will be stated in alternative names such as “Mannequin” on the customs declaration. In some countries, the box may be opened at customs in order to determine the tax on the imported product. In addition to your accessories in the box, we will also gift you a comb, a blanket, a washer, and a set of random clothes for free.

Free Shipping Worldwide! However, due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Africa, or Brazil.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fee is free to all countries! But we do not ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex toys. (Islamic countries, India, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil…) For countries like Canada, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, customs may collect import duty when the doll arrives. Taxes do not include in the shipping fee.

Import taxes may be required in some countries upon delivery, typically ranging from $100 to $150 or more, depending on the doll. Buyers are responsible for these taxes and fees. We offer assistance during this process, so there’s no need to worry. Relax, as it’s not a major concern.

Customers in the United States are exempt from paying import taxes and fees.

Countries in Europe, including the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Spain, do not incur customs duties.

Asian countries or regions, such as Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, UAE, and Cambodia, are also eligible for tariff-free importation.

Upon Arrival

In order to let you have the best doll, we strictly control the manufacturing process of the doll and double-check before delivery. But we can not predict any accident happen during the shipment, even the chances are low. We strongly recommend you not to play with the doll yet immediately after its arrival. So when the box arrives, you have to evaluate each item to see whether there is any damage. If you see that the product box is damaged, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the doll is damaged during shipping, we may require your assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company. If you find any damage or missing parts of the doll, please contact us in 3 days by sending pictures or videos to [email protected] and we will find the best solution for you ASAP.

Most of our products are customized to customers’ requirements. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, but 10% will be charged as a transaction fee. ass If we have launched production, orders cannot be canceled for any reason. Or else, 20%-40% may be charged as a handling and restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card in the event we have already processed your credit card for shipping.

We don’t recycle any products that have been used. Do not return or refuse the package directly.
