Our shipping partners are UPS, FedEx, TNT and DHL. We use them to speed up shipping and guarantee a safe delivery.

We send a tracking number to your email box within 3-4 days once your doll is shipped. The delivery takes 7-12 business days. In some countries import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. You’re responsible for import taxes and fees

Where we ships To

Due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.

So, on average it takes about 3-6 weeks for the doll to be delivered to you after the completion of order. During the normal season, we average around 12-15 days from ordering to delivery (not always possible). If for some reason, due to extenuating circumstances e.g. natural disasters, your order gets delayed, we will notify you immediately.

How to Track Your Order
All Gigajuicy dolls are shipped directly from China where our Factory is located. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your doll is shipped.

Customs Duties and Taxes
In some countries import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $100 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.

What if your order doesn’t arrive at the expected time?

Discreet Packaging
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There is no label on the box that may reveal the content. Nobody knows what’s inside.

Ordering from Gigajuicy.com is 100% safe and secure so you can rest easy. Your personal details are never shared, sold or rented to anyone either. Payment accepted by credit card and Paypal. We can also accept payment by Wire Transfer for international customers. 

3) Factory Makes Customization

This will take approximately 1 weeks for TPE and Silicon Heads

4) Photo Review

We’ll then send you, and review with you, factory photos to make sure everything looks right before we ship!

5) Delivery 

We can ship either ship directly to your home in a discreet brown box, or to a FedEx depot near you direct from the factory! Please call ahead to the FedEx location nearest you, and confirm that they can receive an international shipment with the given weight.
